This page explains what we collect through this website, why, and what we do with it.

This policy covers Ombreza LLC and this website. If you contact us by email rather than through the form, the same principles apply to the information in your message.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us. When you submit the contact form, that is your name, your email address, the service your enquiry relates to, and your message. Company name and phone number are optional, and the form works without them.
Our server also records the IP address a submission came from and the time it was sent. This is used to limit automated abuse of the form and for nothing else.
What we do not collect
This site does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies or third-party tracking scripts. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not track you across other websites.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers to download them. That request includes your IP address, and it is governed by Google's own privacy policy. No other third party receives anything from your visit.
Why we use it
To read your enquiry, to reply to it, and to carry on any conversation that follows. That is the entire purpose.
We do not add you to a mailing list, enrol you in a marketing sequence, or send you anything you did not ask for. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone else for their own use.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept in our email account for as long as they remain useful for the business relationship. The rate-limiting records described above are deleted automatically within a short period. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
How it is protected
The form submits over an encrypted connection. Email credentials are stored on the server outside the publicly accessible part of the site and are never present in the code your browser downloads. Enquiries are delivered to a mailbox protected by its provider's own security.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email Ombrezallc@gmail.com and we will act on it. You never have to use the form: contacting us directly by email works just as well.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
